Hi, I’m Rastarella - Creative Producer, Associate Artistic Director, Radio Host and Empowerment Speaker.For over 16 years, I’ve amplified global ethnic majority voices through my platform Cultural Vibrations (Unity Through Music) - curating world-roots music events, hosting radio shows and building communities through sound and culture.As a speaker, I share my lived experience with practical insight. My journey from Trinidad & Tobago to the UK, raising children (including with additional needs) and carving a path in the arts, drives a message that is hopeful, relatable, and transformative. My style is person-focused and story-driven, helping audiences unlock potential, shift mindsets and embrace their identity.Currently, I serve as Associate Artistic Director at New Art Exchange, Founder & Creative Producer of Cultural Vibrations and Radio Host on 97.5FM Kemet FM -bringing creativity, authenticity, and impact to every project.Let’s create experiences that inspire, challenge and uplift.
